Whilst I am in Hungary for the holidays, I am offering two breathwork Journeys for you to experience and receive healing in.

1. Breathwork & Spa on December 19th at 18:30 (19:00 start time)
2. 120 Minutes Transformative Breathwork Journey on December 28 at 18:30 (19:00 start time) Ceremonial Cacao, Prayer, and play will accompany us.

I will be guiding you through a blend of breathwork practices taken from pranayama, holotropic, and neurodynamic breathwork.

The 28th is a journey specifically to REGULATE your mind, body & spirit, bringing these 3 energies into alignment & rebirth. A clean slate to manifest your best year in 2024.

I am offering 3 spots for 1:1 Integration Sessions for clients who want to go deeper & clearer. Each session is 60-90 minutes long focusing on client-specific areas of healing. Sliding Scale Fee is available.

Héra is an Intuitive Healer, Theta Healing teacher and art enthusiast. She helps people in retrieving their inspiration and creative burst through art-based healing activities and shadow work. She crafts self-love programs, teaches how to reparent the inner child and creates containers of self-expression.
