👀User involvement is one of the basic principles of agile software development. At TrustChain we believe that user feedback is an important part of product innovation, thus, we are collecting such inputs through different channels and user interactions. 📱💻Feedbacks are transformed to customer requirements and delivered to the product team that reviews, estimates and transmits proposals to the development team. 🧐Proposals are built into sprint planning and the Platform is constantly developed, tested and optimized based on user feedback. In the past year we received 149 unique feedbacks from users.
