In fact, the ASCOPECB has set a single objective to promote human development through a reliable harmonious community process, sustainable and integrated. The mechanism developed to achieve these goals through a mass training program in key areas manifested by a tangible need in the world of affair. It’s dedicated also to strengthen the capacity of young professionals who are jobless by offering them refresher courses tailored to the labor market.
