Few years ago my dear friend send me a box of tatami Beri edge tapes.
At the time I thought: “Amazing! I’ll definitely use this soon.”
Well… “soon” apparently means many years later. 😅

Now those beautiful tatami edges have found their place in this kimono and hope more of them.
Good things take time — sometimes a lot of time.
I am so happy that you knew before me that I will use them somehow!! Thank you for the inspiration and for trusting me with these small pieces of tradition.
Better late than never. ✨
