A ove godine nam se vraća dugogodišnje vođena radionica KLEIN™️ s Hannom Hegenscheidt!
od 19. – 23. 8., 9:00 – 13:00h
Radionica nudi uvod u osnovne principe Klein™️ tehnike, ali i dublji rad na tijelu za iskusnije polaznike. Fokus je na usklađivanju skeleta kroz aktivaciju dubokih mišićnih skupina: tetive koljena, psoas, zdjelično dno, vanjski rotatori. Kroz polagane sekvence pokreta radimo na inicijaciji, slijedu pokreta, potisku i protupotisku – za veću svjesnost i povezanost tijela.

This year, the long-time guided KLEIN™️ workshop with Hanna Hegenscheidt is back!
August 19–23, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The workshop introduces the core principles of Klein™️ technique while offering deeper body work for participants with prior experience. Focus is on aligning the skeletal structure by engaging deep postural muscles: hamstring tendons, psoas, pelvic floor, external rotators. Through slow movement sequences, we explore initiation, movement sequencing, push and counter-push – fostering body awareness and connection.
