Our chefs will guide you through the “pazar” to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the local markets as we find the best local ingredients in Dalmatia. Back in the kitchen, we break out the wine and let the creative juices flow as you learn step-by-step how to cook an authentic Croatian dish. As you cook, you will learn about the history and philosophy of Dalmatian culture as well as the current trends in Croatian cuisine.
