Bringing a small glimpse of the atmosphere from SMASH Homebrew Competition & Split Beer Fest 🍻

Naši prijatelji iz Rijeke, , koji su nedavno zakoračili u profesionalno kuhanje piva, poslali su nam svoje pive da ih degustiramo na SMASH‑u.
Posebno nam stiže njihovo prvo core pivo, nefiltrirani češki pilsner PLZ.

PLZ je njihov početni, ali već prepoznatljivi lager: čist, svjež, nefiltriran i kuhan u klasičnom češkom stilu, s mekom sladnom bazom i plemenitim hmeljem koji daje onu elegantnu, tradicionalnu aromu.

Drago nam je što ih možemo malo promovirati i predstaviti njihovo prvo core pivo na festivalu. Veselimo se degustaciji!🥰

Our friends from Rijeka, Brklee Brewery, who recently stepped into professional brewing, sent us some of their beers to sample at SMASH.
We’re especially excited to taste their first core beer, the unfiltered Czech pilsner PLZ.

PLZ is their debut core lager: clean, fresh, unfiltered, brewed in a classic Czech style with a soft malt backbone and noble hop character that brings a refined, traditional profile.

We’re happy to give them a bit of spotlight and present their first core beer at the festival.
Can’t wait to taste it! 🥰
