🎙️ Jordi Serrano Pons is a global digital health pioneer, family physician, and founder of innovative ventures including UniversalDoctor, UhDa Health and P8Health.

His work focuses on Global Health and Planetary Health, where technology, prevention and sustainability come together. He has collaborated with governments and international organisations worldwide, and from 2013 to 2019 served as a consultant for the World Health Organization, helping shape new models of care and innovation. He is also the author of Towards the Future of Hospitals.

🎙️ Joanna Broy is an innovation and business development expert with more than 10 years of experience across life sciences, healthcare and entrepreneurship.

At EIT Health, she leads regional initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe, supporting over 40 strategic partners and driving programmes focused on innovation, education and startup growth. Previously, she led acceleration projects at the Medical University of Łódź, helping students, researchers and startups turn ideas into impact.

As CEO of BICRO BIOCentre she leads Croatia’s leading biotech incubator, supporting early-stage companies, fostering research–industry collaboration, and building strong partnerships across the life sciences ecosystem 🤝
