Lunch tables are fully booked BUT takeaway & walk-ins are always welcome at Uncle Ching. Waiting time is usually 10-15min. We appreciate those who decide to wait 💘

When we first started the Instagram we put a lot of thought into using the platform to share our home recipes and culture from Sarawak, Borneo, in East Malaysia. It’s been a year since we opened our doors in Wan Chai (!!!) but realised we’ve been so occupied with operating the restaurant that we’ve forgotten to share more about us!
Mamma and I have been working on some new dishes that represent our personalities and IBAN indigenous heritage and we can’t wait to share them with you.
We’ll be dropping dishes every week until our NEW dinner sharing menu is complete and we hope you’ll come experience /appreciate /inquire the warmth of our cultural hospitality as much as you enjoy our food.
