This year we proudly partnered with award-winning bartender Ntina Nikolitsi to craft our new Drinks & Cocktails Menus.

With 19 distinctions in national and international competitions of the International Bartenders Association (IBA), Ntina is ranked among the top bartenders in Greece. Highlights include:

🏆 2nd place at the IBA LADY World Competition in Venice (2024)
🥇 Multiple 1st, 2nd & 3rd places on both international and national level

As an official IBA instructor and bartending trainer, Ntina shares her expertise and passion and brings her creativity to Eden Roc Resort.

Beach & Underwater Cleanup Day 🌏☀️

Eden Roc staff and guests, together with Waterhoppers Diving School, united for an impactful and rewarding cleanup effort. With dedicated hands and positive energy, we collected waste from both the beach and the sea 🤿♻️🐬.
