TURBO GENERAL (General turbos machinery and Spares) resides in the ship repairing area of Piraeus harbor in Greece. Since 1975, TURBO GENERAL specializes mainly on Turbocharger spares and repairs for marine, industrial and automotive applications in main engine and auxiliary engines. Overhauling on main engine turbocharger TCA66 by our service team in Greece.
The following works were carried out:
• Extraction of silencer, wall insert, gas inlet casing, nozzle ring and complete rotor.
• Cleaning and inspection of all parts.
• Complete rotor shaft hydro/blasting and dye check at workshop.
• Alignment and Dynamical balancing check of complete rotor at workshop.
• Blasting, dye check of nozzle ring at workshop.
• Replacement of consumable spares.
• Return of complete rotor and nozzle ring on board for final installation with measurements.
• Trials on board.

Ως μέλος της WIMA Association, η Turbo General στηρίζει ενεργά τέτοιες διοργανώσεις, αναγνωρίζοντας τη σημασία του ουσιαστικού διαλόγου και της συνεργασίας για τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη του ναυτιλιακού κλάδου.
Στο stand μας, έξω από τον συνεδριακό χώρο, δημιουργήθηκε ένας ανοιχτός χώρος ανταλλαγής απόψεων, ένα σημείο συνάντησης, όπου η τεχνική γνώση συναντά την ανθρώπινη εμπειρία.
