Price for all retreat (without accommodation and food) - incl. morning exercise, meditations, private sondbath massage (one by one), all evening sessions and cacaoceremony: 490 e

SAT. May 4
9-10 PM Gong SPA relaxation - " Preparing for the deep and good quality sleep" (in the retreat place, Arillas)

SUN. May 5
9:30 - 10:30 AM Qi Gong movement exercise. (Arillas beach, left side)
Free time.
9 - 10 PM Gong SPA relaxation Sound healing concert (in the retreat place, Arillas)

MON. May 6
9:30 - 10:30 AM Qi Gong movement exercise (Arillas beach, left side)
Free time.
12 Zen walk in the nature (Double bay) and meditation “Earth altaring on the beach “
(own snacks with you).
8:30 -9:30 PM Gong SPA relaxation (in Retreat place Arillas)

TUE. May 7
9:30 - 10:30 Qi Gong movement exercise. (Arillas beach, left side)
FREE TIME
12:00 Zen walk in the nature (Kassiopy Chrystal peninsula + cave in the Magical forest) and meditation “Meet your inner stillness”
(own snacks with you).
8:30 - 9:30 PM Gong SPA relaxation (in the retreat place, Arillas)

WED. May 8
9:30 - 10:30 AM Qi Gong movement exercise. (Arillas beach, left side)
FREE TIME
(Time for personal sound healing massage treatment One to One on the massage table) each participant get 1 personal treatment.

THU. May 9
