Τρεις πυροβολισμοί, δύο εξαφανισμένα πτώματα, ένα δωμάτιο… Η Ομάδα «Apparatus» παρουσιάζει το νέο έργο του Αριστείδη Αντονά «Ο μηχανισμός του δωματίου».

The project "Olympic Installations" is a documentation of structures that were built for the 2004 Summer Olympics that took place in Athens. All of them are found in or around the large-scale projects that were built at the time. Most of these structures clearly served a functional role while some of them a decorative one, but all of them intrude their surrounding space in a rather awkward way showcasing how hastily the projects were organised and executed. Ten years after the Summer Olympics in Athens the abandonment is obvious.

[*The title "Olympic Installations" is an exact translation of the Greek phrase "Ολυμπιακές Εγκαταστάσεις" that is used to refer to the whole of the structures that were built prior and for the 2004 Summer Olympics.]
