This fun project we completed in late 2022 portrays the timeless story of Greece’s favorite retsina, Malamatina. We trace the steps of a young girl born on the distant island of Tenedos, compelled to leave her homeland and embark on a new life, ultimately confronting tomorrow with newfound joy. The video seamlessly blends traditional illustrations with real-life footage and photographs, creating a collage of assorted media.

Summer throwback--One more for our Artelac series of videos- an homage to the legendary series (and later film) Baywatch. The intro to the series featured a signature montage of beach scenes, the spirit of which we’ve tried to keep while enriching it with the insertion of illustrated elements. Drawing inspiration from iconic characters of the show and molding them into their illustrated alter-egos was a fun summer exercise as the temperatures rose. Look at them run in slo mo and remember the show aired in 1989!
