We are pleased to share that our project, Aristofanous Residences, has been shortlisted for the SHARE Architecture Awards.

Conceived as a model for adaptive urban regeneration, the project transforms a former 1970s industrial facility in Galatsi, Athens, into a hybrid co-living and co-working complex designed to meet the evolving needs of digital nomads. The design prioritizes modularity, affordability, and social integration, with over 40% of the total area allocated to shared programs—including co-working hubs, wellness spaces, a rooftop cinema, and communal kitchens.
