On Saturday, January 24th, we gathered at the Grand Hyatt Athens for our annual company event, welcoming 2026, and stepping into FRANMAN’s milestone 35th year, with the traditional blessing and Vasilopita cutting.
Highlight of the evening was the keynote speech by Andriana Ubunuki Kalfa, Coach and Advisor on Japanese Business Culture, who spoke about “Bushidō - the Way of the Warrior and FRANMAN’s modern Samurais”.
Our President, Costis Frangoulis, shared a brief review of the past year, outlined key priorities for the year ahead, and reflected on the company’s long-standing connection with Japanese culture, emphasizing that FRANMAN’s 35 years represent not just an anniversary, but a journey shaped by values and the people behind it.
The event continued with the presentation of Anniversary Awards and Awards of Excellence, followed by a festive rooftop gathering with music by DJ Billiano, prize giveaways and views of the illuminated Acropolis.

Το Σάββατο 24 Ιανουαρίου, στο Grand Hyatt Athens, πραγματοποιήσαμε την ετήσια εκδήλωσή μας, υποδεχόμενοι τη νέα χρονιά, όπου γιορτάζουμε τα 35 μας χρόνια, με τον καθιερωμένο αγιασμό και κοπή της βασιλόπιτας.
Ιδιαίτερη στιγμή της βραδιάς αποτέλεσε η ομιλία της Ανδριάνας Ubunuki Κάλφα, Coach και Συμβούλου Ιαπωνικής Επιχειρηματικής Κουλτούρας, με θέμα «Bushidō - Ο δρόμος του πολεμιστή, και οι σύγχρονοι Σαμουράι της FRANMAN».
Ο Πρόεδρός μας, Κωστής Φραγκούλης, έκανε ένα σύντομο απολογισμό της χρονιάς που πέρασε, μίλησε για τους φετινούς στόχους και προτεραιότητες, ενώ αναφέρθηκε στη διαχρονική σύνδεση της εταιρείας με την ιαπωνική κουλτούρα, υπογραμμίζοντας ότι τα 35 χρόνια της FRANMAN δεν αποτελούν απλώς μια επέτειο, αλλά μια διαδρομή που έχει χτιστεί πάνω σε αξίες και στους ανθρώπους της εταιρείας.
Στο πλαίσιο της εκδήλωσης, πραγματοποιήθηκε η απονομή Επετειακών Βραβείων και Βραβείων Αριστείας, ενώ η βραδιά ολοκληρώθηκε σε εορταστικό κλίμα στο rooftop του ξενοδοχείου, με μουσικές επιλογές του DJ Billiano, κληρώσεις δώρων και θέα τη φωτισμένη Ακρόπολη.
