A few words about Sabrina:
Sabrina approached the circus world in 2013 and she has been teaching since 2015. Since then, she has been studying in several disciplines of movement and listening to the body to create her special method to practice and move.

She is interested in sharing her way of living the body and taking it to unimaginable limits, respecting the one’s own process and training consciously, without neglecting the importance of discipline and the proper use of the technique.
..and about the Workshop:
We will focus on technique, rhythm and breathing; we will study the movements in a biomechanical and functional way for each participant. We will work on aerial and suspension basics, physical preparation of the body, specific exercises for each group of movements, dynamic timing and different sequences of flow.
The workshop is open to all levels, developing each participant's technique and skills.

(H Sabrina ήρθε σε επαφή με το τσίρκο το 2013 και διδάσκει από το 2015 έχοντας δημιουργήσει την δική της μεθοδολογία κίνησης, μελετώντας τις δυνατότητες του σώματος σε συνδυασμό με τις τεχνικές που απαιτούνται.
Στο σεμινάριο αυτό, θα επικεντρωθούμε στην τεχνική, στο ρυθμό και στις αναπνοές, βασικά στοιχεία για τη σωστή εκτέλεση ακροβατικών ασκήσεων - εναέριων θέσεων και αιωρήσεων, βασιζόμενοι στην βιο-μηχανική & τη λειτουργικότητα κάθε σώματος, με ειδικές ασκήσεις για κάθε κινησιολογική ομάδα, δυναμικών ακροβατικών καθώς και σύνθεση ροών. Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε όλα τα επίπεδα, εξελίσσοντας τις δεξιότητες κάθε συμμετέχοντα)
