Jelly bears, TREETS, SMARTIES, HARIBO chewing gum, chocolate lentils, ZOTT cream pudding, IGLO fish fingers, KRAFT dor cream with creme fraiche, KRAFT salami, cheese spread, vanilla E102, E110, ready-made sauces of all kinds...

6. BEWARE of guanylate and glutamate from the E600, E605 series - they are nerve poison. Stop using them altogether.
Think about the health of yourself and your children.

7. Aluminum:
E173 (pigment aluminum), E520 (stabilizers aluminum sulfate), E521 (sodium aluminum sulfate), E523 (ammonium aluminum sulfate), E554 (anti-sodium silicon aluminum silicate), E555 (aluminum silicate) E555 (aluminum silicate), E598 (calcium aluminate).
Aluminum in drinking water: Water utilities use aluminum as a flocculant.
