Yafka had a significant part in this. After thousands of years, the Greek gods have once again passed through Athens. Our involvement was in environments, set extensions, and smoke simulations. It took over eight months, but it was absolutely worth it.

We are thrilled to announce our fifth Ελληνική Ακαδημία Κινηματογράφου / Hellenic Film Academy Award for VFX! Our work on 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘, produced by Heretic Films, starring Willem Dafoe, and directed by Vasilis Katsoupis, earned this recognition, shared with Martin Jurado of LAVAlabs Moving Images.
We were also proud to be nominated for The Invisible Fight, directed by Rainer Sarnet and produced by Neda Films, another project close to our hearts. A special thanks to producer Giorgos Karnavas of Heretic Films for accepting the award on our behalf.

Yafka was responsible for around 500 VFX shots. Set extensions, blood, explosions, digital doubles, and much more. Its one of those projects that connects with the kid in us, connects with the reason we all started doing this in the first place. We are looking forward to see the show on April.
