Spain 2024 ☀️ last part
What I’ve learned from this trip:
🌿 even when u are traveling there is no need to be a crazy tourist: u don’t HAVE TO see everything and be everywhere
Some days I spent just chilling without any touristic activities and have no regrets about it
🌿 I was tired and exhausted 70% of the trip. But after it I understand that I definetely feel better after spending a lot of quality time with my friends. We were not constantly talking about smth that seems important, that I though we would talk about.
But just being with friends was healing
🌿 unfortunately they are right: u do feel better if u spend some time outside of your apartment 😂
I walked around 10-15 km every day and I do feel better physically and emotionally
🌿 the most important skill I’m working on atm - learn how to appreciate things I already have. People I already love. People who already love me
Not only being in the moment, but specifically appreciating everything and everyone I surrounded myself with
Cauze finally it’s mostly good things and people
