From supporting end users in Greece—and, at times, globally—to collaborating with IT colleagues and Global Teams, Spiros plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly. Just as importantly, he helps ensure IT procedures are followed by everyone involved in every case that comes his way.

Spiros began his Concentrix journey in April 2021 as an IT Technician. He continued growing in that role and moved into the Concentrix tenant in 2024. Most recently, he had the honor of being promoted to IT Operations Supervisor in December 2025.
