โข Participation in the invoicing process and support of related tasks
โข Support across the full range of Accounting Department operations
โข Daily use and updating of the ERP system
โข Administrative support and document management for European and National co-funded projects (EU & Nationally Funded Projects)
โข Preparation and maintenance of records, files, and supporting documents for projects and audits
โข Preparation and monitoring of reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
โข Organization and support of the companyโs administrative procedures

โข At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
โข Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
โข Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
โข Experience with ERP Systems
โข Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
โข Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality reports
โข High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality
โข Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

We are pleased to share that the Hydrus App Demo for Enclosed Space Entry is now available. ๐ข
Following the adoption of ๐๐ ๐ข ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ฆ๐.๐ฑ๐ด๐ญ(๐ญ๐ญ๐ฌ) on 27 June 2025, ship operators are required to maintain a ship-specific Enclosed Space Register and perform a systematic risk assessment before every entry.
At ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, we translated these regulatory requirements into a practical digital solution designed for onboard use โ replacing paper-based checklists with a guided, structured, and auditable workflow. โ
What the app delivers

Current scope
This demo version has been developed for bulk carrier operators. โ
A dedicated version for tanker operators is already under development and will soon follow, addressing the specific hazards associated with liquid bulk and gas cargoes. ๐
