When did we start putting value on "you look beautiful" over "you are kind", "you are inspiring", "you are centered" or "you are courageous" ?

Every human knows how it feels good to be recognized for our appearance and there's no depth to it.

Words that reflect our person-hood peels off the mask and cut straight through the physical to the essence of the being.
It's in my experience that this is how we can express magnitudes of appreciation and affection for someone. Beyond this is creating a safe space for one another.

I know many women can feel into this.

Wouldn't it create a kinder, authentic world if on the first encounter, on a first date, we could choose words that show the depths of our inner world without judging ourselves?

If we have the eyes to see, we have the mouth to speak.
If we have the heart to feel, we have the ears to listen.

But we can do so only if we are willing to see ourselves beyond the images our parents and society created for us.

Beyond the body deep deep into the stars of the ocean.

♪The learning process (*˘︶˘*).。.:*♡

There will be a day, days, or weeks you'll feel like a train wreck.

I know... You feel unmotivated, unlovable, ugly, frustrated, beated, lost, sad or angry. This is what you'll go through as part of the learning process of living in total alignment with your Truthful-Self.

During these times of exhaustion from living as you feel like completely giving up, notice when you're focusing your mind on what you 'need to do' or what you're 'supposed to be' doing.

What you can 'do' in these moments of days is... to BE. These unpleasant feelings are arising to be acknowledged and accepted. There's truly nothing else you can do than being present in the uncomfortableness of feeling the feelings.

Your mind will try to take you out of the moment through toxic thoughts while you'll become aware of the sense of time passing. You feel you're wasting time... This is a well programmed thought form letting you know your dis-alignment with the flow of the universe.

These are some affirmations that will help you return to the present moment:

∞ Absolutely nothing can make me happier than I am right now. 🧝
∞ Every emotion is in service of me to align with my highest potential. 🧙
∞ I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. 🏂
∞ All is well. 🪷

The practice of BE-ing a human rather than as most of us are human do-ing, is really only about the flow. Be in flow with our emotions and accept as it comes. Cry, laugh, scream, jog, call someone and let what comes naturally as you feel the contraction into expansion within every fivers of your body.

♪Final note♪

Just by noticing where you are in your journey, you raise your frequency to embody the Truthful-Self that you are. You're absolutely enough. You're loved.

Joy and forgiveness.

This is one in two.
You cannot feel joy when you are unable to let go.
But when you let go of all the suffering and pain, you understand it was only you who was standing in your own way.

No one is the cause of your pain but the perception you have of the world.
You create your own reality.
Your parents are not responsible for your suffering.
Nor your ex's, friends, teachers or your neighbors.

It's time to mature up and take responsibility for your thoughts and actions.

This truth can be harsh, but oh... so liberating when you see the joy you can experience when you free yourself.

You have all the control.
You are in the driver's seat. So put out your two arms, take the wheel and go to the most beautiful places. To the most fun places!

While you're at it, accept who comes forward on this journey.;)
