ProCare Project

The Piloting of the PROCARE Training Course in Italy, Slovakia, Cyprus, Greece, Poland and the Czech Republic has produced some very interesting results!

The project partners have produced a Policy Paper which presents the theory of mentoring for caregivers, some key results from the pilots and a set of recommendations for EU Policy Makers.

Centrum MEMORY, n.o., the Slovakian project partner has finalized their project leaflet, available in the Publications section on the website. Centrum Memory is a Slovakian institution specialized in care for people with dementia with extensive care, prevention, diagnostics and educational activities.
