Personal Training sessions continue this week. Must say that the weather at this time of the year is great to workout outdoors in the fresh air 😍 and today has not disappointed.

A leg, glute and core focus workout with the use of the TRX. A versatile tool that is super handy to carry along with you, even on holiday!
