🎨✨ Creativity is nourishment for more than just the body, it feeds the mind too.
I loved being part of this wonderful afternoon, where art became a way to slow down, de-stress, and reconnect. As a nutritionist, I often talk about how wellbeing is built through the small things we do consistently, and creativity is one of those powerful tools. Taking time to paint, be present, and connect with others can help reduce stress, improve focus, and support our overall mental wellbeing.
It was so lovely to see everyone embracing the process, sharing conversations, and giving themselves permission to pause.
It was a beautiful reminder that wellbeing isn’t just about what we eat, it’s also about how we care for our minds, express ourselves, and make space for joy.
