There’s always a conversation happening within.
One side wants comfort.
The other pushes for growth.
On the trail, that debate gets louder —
when the climb gets steep, when the body gets tired, when turning back feels easier.
But something shifts when you choose to keep going.
You realize the voice that grows stronger is the one you listen to most.
And step by step, you start choosing differently.

Sometimes, the best thing for your mind is simple —
step outside and be around people who feel easy to be with 🌿
There’s something about being outdoors, moving together, sharing moments…
it creates space — for clarity, for laughter, for just being.

April reminded us why we do this 🌿🥾
The climbs tested us.
The views rewarded us.
And the people… made it all come alive.
Beyond the trail, it was about something deeper — showing up for our bodies, clearing our minds, and staying connected to the environment around us.
Step by step, we continue to promote wellness, climate consciousness, and mental well-being — not just as ideas, but as experiences we live through together.
And this is only the beginning. 🌄

Outdoors is fun 🌿
But more than that, it’s where everything slows down just enough for you to actually feel it.
The air, the movement, the people… it all comes together in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to experience.

Sometimes, you have no option but to show your teeth 😄
Not because everything is perfect,
but because the moment deserves it.
Out here, somewhere between the sweat, the climb, and the tired legs…
you find yourself smiling anyway.
At the people, the views, the little moments you didn’t plan for.
And you realize —
it’s not always about how easy it is,
it’s about how good it feels to be here. 🌿🥾

Every hike has its stages.
And somehow, they mirror life more than we realize.
Stage 1:
We start full of energy — excitement, laughter, high spirits.
Everything feels easy when the journey is just beginning.
Stage 2:
We settle into the rhythm.
The views are beautiful, the conversations flow, and we start to appreciate the experience.
Stage 3:
This is where it gets real.
The weight starts to show — your bag feels heavier, your energy dips, your supplies run low.
You’re not close to the end, and turning back starts to feel like an option.
This stage tests more than your body — it tests your mindset.
Stage 4:
Then you push through.
You find your way.
And suddenly, it all makes sense — the relief, the water, the rest, the laughter.
What once felt hard becomes something you’re proud of.
And the interesting thing?
The real impact doesn’t hit you on the trail… it hits you after.
Because you realize —
you didn’t just complete a hike,
you grew through something.
That’s the thing about these experiences.
They quietly build resilience, perspective, and a deeper appreciation for the journey.
Not just on the trail — but beyond it. 🌿🥾

It’s the energy, the people, the moments in between — where everything feels lighter and a little more real. 🌿🥾

March on the trail gave us the numbers — kilometers covered (25.19Km), steps taken (32,962) , Calories Burnt(2,490 cal).
But that’s not what stayed with us.
It was the stops for palmwine and biscuits.
The moments with farming families — their warmth, their generosity, their easy hospitality.
The sweat, the climbs, and the shared effort that made every step feel earned.
Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just a hike.
It became people, culture, and experience all woven into one.
That’s the part the numbers will never capture.
Already looking forward to the next one. 🌿🥾

The numbers are clear — distance, steps, calories.
But what they don’t fully capture is the mindset behind it.
Showing up when it would have been easier not to.
Pushing through when the body starts to question you.
And doing it alongside people who make the experience lighter, richer, and more meaningful.
There’s a certain honesty on the trail — no shortcuts, no pretending. Just effort, shared moments, and real connection.
Progress isn’t just measured in numbers…
it’s felt in the experience and the people you move with. 🌿

Sometimes, in the middle of a hike, we hold up a frame that reads:
“Footprint, not carbon.”
And in that moment, it feels bigger than the words.
You’re surrounded by trees that have stood longer than you’ve been alive, air that feels untouched, silence that doesn’t ask anything from you. And it hits you — this place is not yours to take from. It’s something you’re passing through.
So you slow down a bit.
You step a little lighter.
You become a little more aware.
Not out of fear. Not out of pressure.
Just out of respect.
Because maybe that’s what it really means —
to experience the world fully, without leaving it worse than you found it.
To come, to feel, to connect…
and to leave quietly. 🌿
