This is a conceptual design of a church which i call, "The Church". It comes with a
Large church Auditorium
Large Gallery
Office spaces
Large Female and Male washrooms
Large car parks

This is a four bedroom apartment with all bedroom en-suite.
This design has the following
1. The main Hall / Living Area
2. Master bedroom on the first floor
3 Children's bedroom on the ground floor.
4.Guest bedroom also on the ground floor.
5.Kitchen, Kitchen yard and store
6.Dinning hall
7. Wardrobes/ Closet
8. Pergola roofed balconies and kitchen yard respectively which could also serve as a relaxing place
9.Laundry.
10. A land size of at least 70 by 70 feet is suitable for this design.

This a conceptual design of a 12 storey office space tower, i call the Graduation Tower. The design is a motivation from the cap of the graduation cassock worn by matriculants or grandaunts from an institution.
This is a tower which could accommodate 12 huge office space divisions with all the necessary utility amenities on each floor.
It comes with a huge circular area at the central part of each floor,
installed with four lifts systems for easy transportation between each floor, aside all the defined stair case at opposite ends of each floor. Each floor has a balcony.
The 12th( last floor) could be used as the floor for CEO's office.
Ghana as a country could be referred to as an institution which matriculated from a heated but peaceful election heading towards a four year term graduation of the elected president.
The 100 days mark of the president is almost here, are there any signs of progress or it is going to be business as usual of the previous president. GOD BLESS OUR HOMELAND GHANA.
