TIPS ON HAVING HEALTHY NAILS

1. Be gentle with your nail bed. Don't scrub on them too hard.

2. Do not dig under the nail plate; it gives way to bacteria

3. Trim regularly, at least twice a week

4. Don't value length over health. Yes, having long nails are beautiful but when keeps breaking, then you need to keep them short, clean and well shaped.

5. Keep an Emery board with you at all times as an emergency nail tool.

6. Always use a base coat to protect your nail bed from discolouration.
