earning Solutions Ltd (DLS), Ghana Limited is an educational and information technology training company which is committed to offering a variety of educational and IT skills training options to help the youth and others build skills, prepare for examinations, and earn certifications. Digital Learning Solution’s private public partnership (PPP) initiative is a model for creating strategic technology alliance among different public and private stakeholders. To help civil servants, the youth and women in Ghana connect more effectively and cross the digital divide, DLS will leverage the potential of Microsoft Learning technologies and resources – people, partnerships, services, philanthropy and products – to train and certify them in various ‘industry-recognized’ Microsoft IT certifications. Which in its view will make them not only knowledgeable, to function in today’s information-rich, technology-infused world, but also prepare them for employment in careers IT.
