The 3Cs are not random.
They are the reason people either trust you or don't.
…………
When I started building my online presence, I thought the problem was visibility.
So I did what most people do.
Posted more.
Shared more tips.
Tried to be everywhere.
But something kept happening…
People engaged with my content but still didn't fully understand what I stood for.
Then a potential client said something I'll never forget:
“I see your posts… but I'm not sure what exactly you do differently.”
That sentence exposed a truth I was avoiding.
The problem wasn't skill or effort.
It was structure.
And without structure, even important work becomes noise.
That was the beginning of the 3C Authority Framework™.
● The first C came from my biggest mistake: Clarity.
I was speaking to everyone… which meant I was understood by no one.
If people can't clearly understand what you do, who you help and how their lives will change from working with you. Then they can't trust what you offer.
● The second C came from my inconsistency: Consistency.
I'd show up strongly one week… then disappear into overthinking the next.
People don't trust what they only see occasionally.
Consistency isn't about posting more. It's about becoming recognisable.
● The third C came from my communication gap: Credibility.
I assumed that because I understood my work, others would too.
But expertise alone doesn't make people believe you.
Credibility is the bridge between what you know and what people are willing to trust.
These weren't random principles.
They were the exact breakdown of every authority struggle I had faced.
- When clarity was missing → I was ignored
- When consistency was missing → I was forgotten
- When credibility was weak → I was doubted
A system. Not a slogan.
If you've ever felt like “I know what I do… but people still don't get it”
This framework was built for you.
👉 Which C do you struggle with most clarity, consistency or credibility?
