I AM and I'M

The both mean the same thing.

'I'M' is just the contracted form of 'I AM'.

Whether you use I AM or I'M, you're communicating the same information.

However, I usually discourage young learners (students at the primary and junior secondary level) from using contracted forms because that is where the confusion of beginning (non interrogative) sentences with 'Am' and 'Is' starts from.

Remember: if a sentence is not interrogative (a question), NEVER begin it with 'Am' or 'Is'.

πŸ‘‰Am your husband's second wife.❌
πŸ‘‰I am your husband's second wife.βœ…

πŸ‘‰Is me that called you.❌
πŸ‘‰It is/was me....βœ…

πŸ‘‰Am I your husband's second wife?βœ…
πŸ‘‰Is she the woman you 'connered' her husband?βœ…
