Wisdom!
I AM and I'M
The both mean the same thing.
'I'M' is just the contracted form of 'I AM'.
πHello, Mrs. May. I AM Judy. I was Yul's side chick. I just got upgraded to the wife level and I AM here to stay.β

Whether you use I AM or I'M, you're communicating the same information.
However, I usually discourage young learners (students at the primary and junior secondary level) from using contracted forms because that is where the confusion of beginning (non interrogative) sentences with 'Am' and 'Is' starts from.
Remember: if a sentence is not interrogative (a question), NEVER begin it with 'Am' or 'Is'.
πAm your husband's second wife.β
πI am your husband's second wife.β
πIs me that called you.β
πIt is/was me....β
πAm I your husband's second wife?β
πIs she the woman you 'connered' her husband?β
