Hours: 8am – 5pm
Key responsibilities and desired knowledge as a Receptionist:
• Handling inbound telephone calls in a timely manner
• Liaising with colleagues and customers daily
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use own initiative
• Efficient organisation and time management skills
• Computer and IT literate
