The session brought together key stakeholders, including the Acting Director of HOTCATT, Dr. Eric Kofi Afornorpe, senior staff members, and the visiting ABE delegation.

The discussions centered on aligning HOTCATT’s programmes with internationally recognised ABE qualifications, enhancing certification pathways, and building institutional capacity to meet global standards. This collaboration reflects HOTCATT’s commitment to delivering quality training that equips learners with the skills needed to thrive in Ghana’s growing tourism sector.

Their dedication to strengthening the institution was acknowledged as a vital force behind HOTCATT’s transformation into a center of excellence.

The partnership discussions reaffirmed HOTCATT’s role as Ghana’s premier training institution for hospitality and tourism, while underscoring the importance of international collaboration in advancing the Ghana Tourism Authority’s statutory mandate.
