We train young people and women in practical skills such as soap making, baking, bead making, hairdressing, cooking, and other income-generating activities. Alongside technical training, we provide mentorship, life skills education, and basic business knowledge to help our beneficiaries start, grow, and sustain small businesses. We are also committed to community development. Our programs address key social needs, including education, sanitation, health awareness, and environmental care. We work with communities, schools, local leaders, and partners to promote clean surroundings, healthy living, and responsible citizenship. By mobilizing communities to take part in their own development, we help build a culture of ownership, dignity, and self-reliance. Add Value Foundation LBG believes in empowerment, integrity, collaboration, innovation, equity, and inclusion. We welcome partnerships with individuals, organizations, government agencies, and development partners who share our passion for creating opportunities for the vulnerable.
