And today we’re getting so slothful, the church is getting so worldly and so indifferent, and so their minds so muddled up with television, and We Love some of these old things, and staying home. That shows where the people’s hearts are. And you can tell them these things are wrong, and they think you’re crazy. What is it? “Lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God.”

Sin separates you from the glory and presence of God— away from your very source. The enemy doesn’t care how gifted, successful, or anointed you are; what he fears is your intimacy with God. Because once you stay in relationship with Him, everything else flows from there.

If you don't correct an error, no matter how little it is, it will grow to become a doctrine. So instead of shouting that they are fighting each other, learn from the corrections.

The Battle Between Faith and Fear
Do you see yourself as a victor or a victim? The Bible says we are more than conquerors. Faith and fear are always vying for a place in your heart—which one will you choose?

. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much’ (James 5:16 NKJV). 2) Delete it. Often it’s not the offence itself, but the guilt and stress associated with remembering our actions that make us feel bad. Our reaction is the problem! Continually revisiting our failures doesn’t help at all, and it disappoints God. So catch yourself doing it—and hit the delete button! Focus on the fact that God has forgiven you, then put it behind you. ‘In Him we have…the forgiveness of sins…’ (Ephesians 1:7 NKJV). 3) Replace it. Instead of guilt, choose gratitude. That’s not hard to do; just begin to reflect on God’s goodness. That’s what David did: ‘Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercies’ (Psalm 103:2-4 NKJV). When you start to look for them, you’ll find lots of things to thank God for.
