New website live for WiFi Matters in Guernsey 🇬🇬 When Daniel first showed me his old website, it actually looked pretty good at first glance. Which is something I don't say often 😎

But the deeper we looked, the clearer the problem became.

Services were hard to find, important information was missing, and the brilliant graphics Daniel had created to explain things like mesh systems, routers and WiFi coverage weren’t used anywhere.

The new site fixes that. Everything is structured to make the services easy to understand, with clear visuals, dedicated service pages and direct links to get started.

Daniel can now also manage the site himself, adding routers, updating information and publishing content through a full content management system without needing to chase another company to make changes.

Melodonia have been a staple on the Island FOR OVER 65 YEARS 🤯, family-run, trusted, and known for having far more in stock than most people realise. What they didn’t have until now was a website that showed any of that properly. 👀

The old site, built years ago, barely scratched the surface of what Melodonia actually offers in store. Andre and the team wanted something that made it easy for people to see what’s available, get directions, ask questions, and arrange collection, without turning the website into an unmanageable product catalogue.

The new site showcases their most popular and commonly requested products across home entertainment, audio, homeware, personal electronics and accessories, while keeping everything simple to navigate and easy to understand.

Not every single product is listed (that would be a full-time job in itself), but the foundations are there to expand and connect into their sales system in the future.

Behind the scenes, the site is built so the team can manage it themselves. They can quickly upload new products with photos, add new FAQs as questions come up in the shop, and keep everything up to date without hassle. Some pages even feature a product randomiser, so returning visitors see something new each time, and individual product pages show full details, galleries, related products and customer reviews drawn from decades of local trust.

My personal favourite part is the ‘People who bought this also bought’ feature you can find on each product! ✅

The FAQ section plays a big role too, covering the questions Andre gets asked every day and saving time both in store and on the phone.

The result is a website that finally reflects what Melodonia really is: a long-established, knowledgeable, local business with a huge range, friendly advice, and generations of loyal customers.

Kemp & Company has just launched a brand new website, and it marks a proper refresh for one of Guernsey’s long established accountancy practices. You’ll recognise this view, and you'll probably also recognise a few of the faces too. 😬

Jodie got in touch because their old site no longer reflected who they are today. It had become difficult to update, awkward to manage, and didn’t make the most of the professional photography they’d recently had done. 📸

That’s exactly where this new site focuses. The team is front and centre, with a clear Meet the Team section that shows who looks after which services, lets you read their bios, and gives you a direct route to contact the right people for the right jobs. ✅

Adrian first approached me about this site and I was instantly excited. They’d already invested properly in their branding and their new logo which told me straight away they understood the value a good website could bring. Once Adrian looped Ian into the call, it was clear we were all on the same page, keep it simple and make it easy to use on both sides, for them and their customers. ✅

The finished site is built around one clear goal, helping local trades quickly see what Tools Plus supplies and making it easy to book in a delivery or arrange collection. Whether it’s fixings, tools, welding supplies, gas, PPE, chemicals or special orders, everything is clearly laid out so customers don’t have to guess or make unnecessary calls.

Early on, imagery was limited, so we intentionally went for a clean, less image-heavy layout that prioritised clarity and speed. Later on the guys hired a professional photographer, which really levelled up the look of the site to what you see now. 👀 📸

The FAQs answer the questions they’re asked every day, the delivery messaging is front and centre, and the whole site is designed to support the way the business already works and not overcomplicate it.

The result is a straightforward, easy-to-use website that reflects Tools Plus properly and helps turn online visitors into real customers on site or on delivery runs. 🚚
