What a weekend for PF+A Steels! 💪✨

Our amazing team headed over to Jersey and brought home the Inter Island Uptons trophy with a hard-fought 52–47 win over St Brelades 🏆🔥

It was a competitive, high energy game from start to finish, but PF+A Steels showed incredible determination, holding strong and winning every single quarter 👏🏻🧡

Le Caprice in its setting.

A project defined by its relationship to the coastline — balancing openness, privacy and exceptional views.

Clean geometry and generous glazing allow the building to sit comfortably within its surroundings, yet maximise the living experience.

Designed for performance as well as form, with solar panels, an air source heat pump and high levels of insulation supporting efficient, low-impact living.

A home shaped entirely by its location.

Some sites demand more than just a strong design.

At Le Caprice, the challenge was not only to create a confident contemporary home, but to build it in a highly exposed coastal setting.

Significant excavation was required behind the existing granite wall to create space for garaging, access and lower ground facilities, all while maintaining the character of the site.

The structure itself combines traditional construction with a steel frame to the upper levels, ensuring long-term durability in a harsh marine environment.

Careful detailing, robust materials and high-performance glazing all play a role in protecting the building while maximising light and views.

Sustainability is also built into the fabric of the house. High levels of insulation, solar panels and an air source heat pump all contribute to low running costs and long-term efficiency.

A project shaped as much by how it was built as by how it performs.
