Attention GEOCELL customers in Georgia. Tired of the constant stream of SPAM SMS advertising (reklama) messages coming to your phone? Here's how to stop "most" of that junk from disturbing you:

There are different types of advertising messages :

1) “Georeklama” Messages
2) SMS-advertising service messages
3) Messages that are sent independently by different companies;

1 ) In order to restrict advertising messages that you receive either with the title of "Georeklama”, or from numbers 2006 , 1246 and 1248, please send SMS to the number 7052 , with text “STOP”. The SMS cost is Gel 0.06.

2 ) In order to restrict advertising messages that you receive from the different companies / brands, first, please check with *123*6 or *164 combinations, whether SMS- advertising service is active on your number. If the service is enabled, you can deactivate it via dialing combination *123*6 or *164 and following the instructions .

3 ) In case SMS- advertising service is not active on your number, or after deactivating of the service, you still receive advertisements, please contact directly to the sms sending company for the appropriate actions.
