🔥 HR SPACE, a recruitment and organizational development group, is looking for a UI/UX Middle Designer for its partner company.

🔹Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
🔹Work format: Hybrid (preferably office-based; at least 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely if needed)
🔹Location: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze
🔹Salary (net): 3000–5000 GEL

🎯 Professional experience:

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (mandatory);
• Confident working knowledge of Figma, including:Components & Variants; Auto Layout; Styles (colors, typography, grids);Interactive prototyping;
• Proven experience in independently conducting basic UX research, including:Usability testing; Analysis and synthesis of research findings;
• Ability to create User flows and wireframes, analyze problems, and make well-argued design decisions;
• Experience working on SaaS products (applications) — not websites or landing pages (important);
• Experience collaborating with a Product team (mandatory);
• Experience using Notion (preferred);
• Experience using Miro (preferred);
• Must have a portfolio preference for a minimalistic design style.

🎯 Role and responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve the product’s UI/UX design;
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
• Independently plan and conduct basic UX research, including:User interviews; Usability testing;
• Competitor analysis (understanding not only what competitors do, but why);
• Analyze problems and make data-informed design decisions;
• Work in Figma using Components & Variants, Auto Layout, Styles, Typography, Grids, and Prototyping;
• Collaborate closely with the Product team and other stakeholders;
• Maintain high standards of design quality;
• Work in a startup environment with evolving requirements and limited initial briefs;
• Contribute to defining product settings logic and structure based on user needs and best practices.

• Independent and does not wait for detailed briefs;
• Able to think holistically before focusing on details;
• Detail-oriented (preferably perfectionist);
• Always oriented toward making the product simpler and more practical;
• Willing to learn and develop continuously;
• Capable of independently planning and conducting research;
• Demanding toward own work and quality;
• Comfortable in a startup environment with changing conditions and fast pace.
