Join me on Saturday 8th March – 9.30-11am in Holtby village hall for a gorgeous 90-minute flow, it's a hands-on class so expect some gentle hands-on adjustments and guidance on how to deepen and improve your practice.
Suitable for all yogis that believe 60 minutes is really not long enough.

Dentdale Retreat
Thursday 26th June – Sunday 29th June (1 Twin room available)

Join me in Dentdale, Cumbria. It’s a beautiful village in the Yorkshire Dales National Park with tiny, cobbled streets shops and cafes or if you prefer walking, then just a few minutes away are fells and valleys to explore. We will be staying in the beautiful Methodist Manse and our Yoga space for this venue is the absolutely, amazing, and stunning Meditation Centre just two minutes from our door, it truly is the best yoga room I have ever had the pleasure of teaching in, it’s such a gorgeous space and the feeling when you walk inside is just so soothing and relaxing you immediately feel like this is where you are meant to be.

The Methodist Manse has twin rooms which are either on suite or shared bathrooms with one other room.

Cost to you £430 sharing with one other (includes everything😊) A non-refundable £80 deposit secures your spot loveliness .
