What is a Gong Healing Session? ✨

I offer 1–2–1 and small group gong sessions in a calm, cosy space within my home 🤍

Each session is around an hour of deep rest and relaxation. We begin with a gentle check-in and herbal tea, before you lie down and are guided through soothing sounds, leading into the gong.

The gong’s vibrations wash over you, helping the body soften, the breath deepen, and the nervous system reset. The real magic happens in the stillness—creating space to release, reconnect, and restore.
