Year 7 Transition Day: Glitter cannons and smiles all round! ✨

What a fantastic time our incoming Year 7 students had at their Transition Day yesterday! From Chemistry, Drama and Classics to a friendly game of House Rounders, the day was packed with opportunities to explore, make new friends and experience life at Bootham.

The celebrations ended in spectacular style with our much loved Bootham Bonanza - complete with glitter cannons and plenty of smiles! We can't wait to welcome everyone back in September for the start of an exciting new chapter.

A memorable evening for an incredible year group! ✨💫

Our College Two students gathered with staff and families to celebrate their Leavers Ball, marking the end of a significant chapter and the beginning of exciting new adventures ahead.

From elegant arrivals to shared celebrations, the evening was full of joy, friendship and moments to remember. It was wonderful to see so many members of the Bootham community come together to recognise the achievements, resilience and spirit of this cohort.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening so special. We are immensely proud of our students and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them.

The celebrations aren't over just yet - we look forward to welcoming our students back on A Level Results Day as we continue to recognise and celebrate all they have achieved.
