Hi Hoopers. I have spaces for hoop fitness classes on Thursdays, 1:15pm at York Hockey and cricket club

Hooping is a great way to get fit and trim that turkey tummy ready for the summer holidays in a fun and relaxed environment. Classes are £5, and all equipment is provided. See you there for wiggles and giggles!!!
