3 hard truths about fat loss...
From a trainer with over 12 years of fat-loss and body recomp coaching experience...
1️⃣ Building muscle should be the main priority... greater muscle mass increases metabolism, improving fat burning abilities, even when you're sleeping! Building some muscle will also help to shape your body so that you're not left looking like a small version of your bigger self...
2️⃣ You're probably going to need to eat more than you think you need to... you cannot starve yourself to looking and feeling good! Eat your fuel your body to function and to fuel and recover from your workouts ... fat loss will come from a well nourished body... It's important to make sure to eat enough carbohydrates, protein and fats to@help your body to work at its best!
3️⃣ One workout per week is not going to give you the results you're looking for... you should be aiming for 3-6 sessions per week in order for your body to make the adaptations needed in order to build muscle ...
