How do you you become more productive?

For me, I look at all of my goals in a systematic approach. Knowing what you are going to do and keeping track of what you’ve already done, is the key to making good progress.
⁣
There is a third factor though! The above are great, but if these are always being put off and the tasks you avoid, that’s not productive.
⁣
Finding ways to make yourself accountable to these, such as, discussing at a minuted meeting, or having an actionable plan, the easiest however is giving all tasks time constraints.
