I’ve just been thinking about what we’ve achieved in our property business and how it has impacted others. We have 3 families living in a place they can call home, we are working with a supported living provider who work with vulnerable people so these people can have a safe place to live by utilising some of our properties, 2 businesses now have a place to thrive in our commercial premesis and by hosting the York pin - property investors network we are helping to grow and support the next wave of ethical investors who want to do more of the above. Quite cool really!

Good news for landlords as the mortgage payment holiday is extended to buy to let mortgages, Also gives some certainty to renters as there are no evictions for 3 months. Let's hope that these measures are used in the spirit they are intended and not taken advantage of by either side - we're all in this together.
