Alt Construction York Ltd is now PQS Health & Safety Approved — successfully assessed under the SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) framework.
What this means for our clients: the way we manage health and safety on site has been independently checked against the standard used across UK construction. It’s the same accreditation commercial landlords, main contractors and public bodies look for when choosing who to work with.

While the headlines on this project are the curved bar, the Victorian arches and the glazed partitions — this week our team has been deep in the detail work that makes a venue truly feel premium.

Dark porcelain tiling across the washroom facilities, with every tile set, spaced and levelled by hand.
And a long bespoke floating timber bench taking shape along the main wall of the dining space — clean, simple, and built to last.
