Couple of lead bays reconstructed recently, customer had been complaining about slight leaks from the gutter system, so we got to work… Took off all original lead, boards, gutters and rafters, we rebuilt the bays exactly the same apart from installed a new timber frame gutter, installed code 5 lead and T-pren Expansion joints welted round a copper drip edge in the gutter, new mop roll sticks, building paper and new code 5 lead bays installed welded and bossed to suit.

New roof completed at the start of the year🥶 all old slates, battens and felt stripped and skipped, new Permavent breathable membrane and treated battens installed, slated in using 16x10 Spanish Slate, new code 5 leadwork on both chimneys, finished off using a ventilated dry ridge system👍🏻

Some recent repair work we have done to a property in fulford, all ridges stripped and relaid with new cement, new leadwork on the chimney stack and new fasica soffit and gutters all in done in black. Another happy customer👌🏻
