Another busy and successful weekend for Selby riders at Northallerton this weekend, Arena Eventing; a new qualifier for the BRC winter season 🏆

Lucy Williams claims top spot winning the 80 Junior section and will be off to the champs representing Yorkshire next March. 🥇🐎

Our junior 80 team came in second place. Well done Lucy again, Ellie McNeil, Jess Wiinn and Niamh Greenwood.

Not to be outdone is our Senior 80 team who came home with 4th. Led by Sarah Louise Dale who also took individual 4th and fellow team mates, Julie Peach, Kathryn Burns and Kimberly Ann Richards

Well done to everyone who competed - I think we can all agree we had a fab 2 days of competition, it was great to have an opportunity to regroup with fellow team mates at a new event and even the weather stayed dry!

Next qualifier will be the Indoor Winter Showjumping at Bishop Burton on the 9th and 10th February 2019.

HELP!

Seeking volunteers to help at the Arena Eventing Qualifier on Sunday 4th November at Northallerton.

The role is to support the jump judge from 0845-1430 and can either be done by one person or the responsibility split across multiple people working in shifts. The job involves marking the score sheet to indicate penalties and record the rider time.

I think it is perhaps one of the more interesting jobs available and will give a real insight to the running of the day and I believe will be conducted from the judges box at the side of arena giving you the best views of the course whilst staying warm and dry.

Please can you PM me if you are able to help for all or part of the day or need more information.

Many thanks
